There’s absolutely nothing like original OEM service replacement parts - totally! Additionally, I’ve owned my “MM” wood shredder / chipper since late May 2026. This is a very well designed piece of equipment! I’ve put approximately 13 hours of labor in using this machine. It was easy to assemble with no problems or assistance! As with “ANY” machine, follow ALL instructions to include observations of maintenance and SAFETY FIRST recommendations! If you take care of it like your body, it’ll last you a lifetime!

Very prompt delivery, quality product. Very easy to order, excellent tracking.

I ordered the 32” MechMaxx portable sawmill and I can’t say enough good things about it. I had questions prior to shipping and they answered my emails AND phone calls very promptly. Delivery was great and although I DO NOT recommend putting this machine together by yourself, I did and it was fairly easy to understand the directions.

The SG24 stump grinder performed better than I expected. Customer service was great and the shipping time was amazing.

The customer service so far has been great, the delivery service was awesome he called and told me his other routes close to me and we were able to meet at a better spot for both of us close to one his other deliveries. The mill feels built really well, I’m a mechanic and operator by trade so I break things occasionally lol So far I’m happy as can be with the money I’ve spent and the service I’ve received, will definitely be doing more business with MechMaxx in the future 👍🏻 💜

Highly satisfied with my experience, ordered a SG24Pro stump grinder on 18Aug, had order confirmation the same day, received shipping confirmation on 21Aug that advised an ETA of 27Aug. I then received a call from the trucking carrier on the morning of 25Aug advising they could deliver that day (2 days ahead of schedule). I recevied the unit the evening of 25Aug, which was already at the back of the tractor-trailer, and I forked it off with my tractor and fork blades in less than 1 minute. The stump grinder was crated on a pallet, no damage to exterior or contents, no missing parts, all 100%!!

Always good products!

it was easy to purchase equipment from Mechmax. The sales representative was knowledgeable and efficient. The ordering process was smooth and delivery was prompt. Due to the size/weight of one of the items the order had to be broken into 2 delivery locations. Sales was happly to accommodate this need. At this time I would highly recommend buying from this company to avoid the hassles and uncertainty of buying directly from the manufacturer.
