Having been told that my previous review was directed erroneously to a phony company, I've attempted to order a chipper from this company. I am unable to connect with the sales department after repeatedly being disconnected, and when I am able to get the phone tree for sales, I am mysteriously bumped down the call list while still connected. This company clearly doesn't want to sell their product. Potential buyers should draw their own conclusions.

I purchased the VAM 72 in December 2025 and just recently assembled the unit and attempted to mow last years deer food plot foliage. The mower stopped working after approximately 6hrs and I found that the set of 4-belts had shredded. I had purchased both a spare set of belts and 8 extra hammer blades at the time of the original mower purchase. I reached out to Mechmaxx support and was repeatedly blown off. I finally got tired of the run around I was getting and decided to install the new belts I had previously purchased with no promised guidance from Mechmaxx. I have worked in the industry for over 20 years before I retired and was familiar with belt installation and proper tensioning. This set even though I ran the mower in a stationary position, off the ground of course with the belt cover off to be sure every thing was in alignment only lasted 3hrs this time mowing the same vegetation. I have asked over and over again for some technical assistance to determine the cause but no-one from Mechmaxx has came to my rescue. Mechmaxx is in my opinion one of the worst customer support services out there. Never again will I consider a purchase from this company and only hope anyone reading this review considers what I'm going through before spending any of their hard earned money with Mechmaxx! BUYER BEWARE I purchased a 60" finish mower and after using it about 3-4 times it starting making a horrible noise. I tried to call MechMax several times and emailing. The technical support is non existent.Cannot get anyone on the phone and emails go unanswered. I have filed a complaint with the BBB along with all the other complaints that have been filed with them. MechMax replied and said "Our team would like to review the issue with your mower and work with you toward an appropriate resolution." The only problem is I still can't contact them ! How do they expect to arrive at a resolution ?

Efs60 leaks hydraulic fluid from several spots. Stripped out bolts, manual provided is for a different style machine. Spent 2 hours on hold with customer service with no answer. I will never buy anything from mechmaxx again. Junk products.

Well it finally happened to me. After purchasing a sawmill, flail mower and a land plane with no issues I purchased a trailer for my sawmill. The trailer showed up on time with no apparent damage to the crate. However when I unboxed it there was no bolts. So three weeks ago I contacted customer service and it has been nothing less than a nightmare! Back and fourth emails with no solution. I cannot get anyone to call back and I am now forced to purchase over $100.00 in bolts that should have been supplied. I was so happy with every other purchase to this point. I have spent over $10,000.00 dollars with this company only to be treated like this. I will not recommend this company ever again because if you can’t support your customers that support you what’s the point of doing business with a company like this. Trust you gut the prices are not that much cheaper. Buy from a reputable company that has good customer service if you should ever need it. Loyalty means nothing to this company. I would recommend buy local and support your community and probably buy American!!! My biggest fear came true the first time something was wrong Mechmaxx was not there to back their product! Very disappointed to have to write this review because up until now I had nothing but good experiences. Buyer beware!

Bought the B200 wood chipper. Has a bad battery. Can’t get anyone from customer service to answer the phone. First day over an hour. Second day 1 hr. 40 min. Today I’m at 1 hr 34 minutes and still waiting. I’ve left 3 emails and still no response. $6000 spent with them. I was planning on buying a saw mill from them this week but instead I chose a different company. Little Blue is the way to go. They answered the phone on first ring. Had another question and that company answers. So if you’re looking for a saw mill with customer service use them. If you like no customer support use mechmaxx.

No response from MechMaxx about my order 30 plus days after ordering.

Sent me a unuseable piece of equipment, call number say you have to email them absolutely trash company
