Ordered the stump grinder without knowing very much about the company. It arrived ahead of schedule and was in a very solid crate. Bolted down so that it could not move inside of the crate which meant if the crate had suffered damage the grinder would not have. Good product, good people to keep you notified, and still getting E-mails asking if I need help with it or want more information.

Order was on the way within a couple days of paying for it Even though they asked us to review a product we have not received, after receiving the item we've decided to update the review. We ordered the firewood conveyor it came in a nice crate well packaged. Assembly video is pretty straightforward and went together without issue minus a few missing Hardware bags. Thankfully we had the hardware in the shop to assemble. The only thing we did not have is the motor mount nuts. They supplied Castle nuts which were cross threaded and do not belong on the conveyor at all. I believe they just threw whatever on there that could almost fit. Remember it's only a $4,000 conveyor not a $20,000 conveyor so it's not going to be perfect. After assembly it's very great for what it is! Forward reverse variable speed and so on. We ordered Grizzly bars off at different style Chinese processor and are going to install those on our conveyor for our firewood operation. Overall very pleased with purchase and would most definitely order again if needed. Only recommendation is they double check the hardware before they ship out. I'm sure that part is outsourced to a different company and they just package and deliver Parts they receive in. I'm very familiar in the manufacturing process so I understand how that works.
