I have a 2200pound double scissor lift that works perfectly, the only problem, is it is so slow, yea I know first world problem. I've sent e-mails and tried the chat feature and have gotten no where when I asked if there was away to speed it up.

Ordered a stump grinder on one day and the next day they said that that color was not in stock and I told them to cancel the order No where do they say that their will be a 3% charge for cancelation. they are a scam company and send a fake email saying what they are going to do most of the time at 3am in the morning. Had to tell them 3 times to cancel the order but they kept on asking if I wanted a different one.> DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER. After the reply as to how sorry they are I went to the address they said to go and there is no such place on the internet that I could find. I missed two calls from Michael and he replied that he is willing to return the money that was charged for cancellation. So I don't have anything bad to say about them because I have not done any business with them other than the stump grinder and will continue to look to see if they have anything that I would be interested in purchasing.

This company is legit. Bought the B200 35hp wood chipper. Shipping was timely, coordinated and efficient. Minor issues but customer support and technical support handled very well. I would recommend. Would have been higher rating but needed replacement part.
