This is a follow up to a previous review if Mechmaxx and the B200 chipper. I did receive the chipper with damage to the Honda engine cowl. MechMaxx told me paint it, not helpful. One of the safety harness cables was cut during shipping I pointed this out and have had NO response on this. I did splice them together really, no response?. The gas tank supports were designed for the Zohsen engine not the Honda that I purchased. Mechmaxx response was to send videos of the install for the Zohsen engine while claiming these were videos of the Honda. Really!!!!. Further, the poor design of the supports entirely blocks access to air filter, I will need to remove the tank to get clean or replace the filter. MechMaxx response, NONE. They don’t care. Now that I have got the tank installed and the wires spliced, the tank finally installed, oil and gas, the engine will not start. Mechmaxx redponse, yes NOTHING. I have no idea why it will not start and Mechmaxx doesn’t care. They have my $5,500 dollars and I have a paperweight. I should have listened to all the reviews of thus sham if a company. I should have gone with the BigBear chipper. They can not be worse than my experience with Mechmaxx. Buyer be ware. Do not buy from Mechmaxx. They are horrible

My husband bought 2 pieces of equipment, a milling machine and a lathe from MechMaxx and they are both JUNK!!! He had to work on the milling machine before it would even work. The lathe is even worse, he has had it for 1 month and the gears broke. He had another lathe for 10 years and never had a problem. We should have bought from the other company. Lesson learned. Even worse is the customer service, he has 10 emails and 4 phone calls and they just keep saying they are working on it. One guy said yes we have shipped the parts but refused to give a tracking number... We have not received anything. DO NOT BUY FROM MECHMAXX their stuff is junk and their customer service is horrible. Please do not waste your money.

I posted a review on my experiences with a new MechMaxx Vam72 about 6 weeks ago. I have since received a single email from MechMaxx that stated how disappointed they were that I was having these problems and vowed to get involved and get to the bottom of these repeated belt problems! Like I said that was the last correspondence from anyone at MechMaxx and people still think that spending their hard earned money with a company that does absolutely nothing to support the warranty aspect of there products, well best of luck. This is actually nothing more than a 1700lb. Pile of useless scrap iron that cost me over $4000.00. What a mistake I made. Going forward my money will only be spent with honorable companies that have actual testimonials that reflect good ethics! Thanks MechMaxx for absolutely nothing. Sincerely, Darrel Stoen. I ordered a DCH7 woodchipper from this company. This product was shipped to me with a defective battery. After that, the clutch burned out with less than 5 hours of light use; It didn't even make it to an oil change. When I contacted customer service, they said it was normal wear and tear and not a warranty. I ordered a new clutch, and when I received it, the mechanic brought to my attention that there were no instructions available for the replacement. When I again contacted customer service, they just sent me a pdf of the manual, like they didn't or couldn't read my request. Then they sent me a YouTube video for the clutch replacement for a completely different machine. Then, when I finally did get instructions, the mechanic found issues with the engine, most likely what caused the clutch to prematurely fail in the first place. When I again brought this to customer service, they asked for a copy of the report and ghosted me immediately afterward. Been going on for months now, and still no acknowledgement. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Update: I received an anonymous email from "Support" stating they were going to ship some parts they thought would fix the issue. It's been over three weeks since that time, and all I have received is a tracking number stating that "label created," so I'm guessing the parts haven't shipped. No one has reached out. No one will give any contact information. At this point, I have had to hire a hauling company to remove the debris from my property, as it has now caused irreparable damage from sitting for months. This company simply does not care.

Nothing went well. My order was supposed to be delivered 3 separate times and there was no communication or ownership taken from MechMaxx on this. I called them many times sat on hold for long stays and then would be disconnected and automation told that there is an issue.

Ordered and paid for parts on 7/3 and repeatedly have tried to resolve the issue, with no answer. Terrible customer service.
