From that first phone call I was impressed at how thorough and patient Ivana the cs rep was explaining the program & answering my questions and I had many ! Then I realized that the reps / lawyer actually call you to assist and continue with details AND also return your calls every time . I would say so far I’m very , very relieved & satisfied how it’s going .
