Dr dismissed me without reading reports or paying much attention. Fortunately, i got another opinion from someone who knew what they were talking about and carefully read my test results. Don’t waste your money

High price for limited service. They offer a yearly physical and blood test for 2000 to 3000 dollars. Something you can get for 500 dollars. Blood tests are not extensive and misses many markers. No tests for hormones or digestive systems. Additionally MDVIP Harrases you with calls, emails and mail if you are late a few days paying the fee. I would not recommend this program. Specially if you are on Medicare this is unnecessary. Safe your money.

They are the worst - at least the dr in falmouth. Three visits and no physical yet, no dr check on anything for cancer survivor. Did get a lovely but totally useless two life coaching session with the dr who ddint even touch me - not lymph node check, nada. On my way out they offered em to schedule a physical in April - a year afer signign up! Then you ask out and for a refund and they refuse to cancel the contract. Total rip off

The doctor I saw through MDVIP mishandled the pre-authorization for a CT scan I needed, then missed the deadline to appeal the denial. When I followed up by email, I got no response. A second follow-up finally got a reply a week later. I was told the doctor felt I would be better served by a "different venue." Usually when a doctor thinks they can't help you, they offer referrals. Not this doctor. I asked for another meeting but the wait time was a month. When I asked MDVIP for a refund, they refused because I hadn't complained until after the quarter ended. I don't see why the timing of my complaint should matter more than the fact that their doctor's errors delayed care I needed and then left me without a provider.

Warning- caution do not enter into an agreement with MDVIP unless you are ready to pay the full amount for a year even if you cannot use their services for the entire year. They refused to negotiate a compromise payment in a situation where the customer is moving and cannot use six months of service. The individual MDVIP does not provide a backup physician when they go on vacation. Their recommendation is to go to urgent care. The customer care representative claims to have 20 supervisors and would not provide the name of a single supervisor for the customer to contact. All conversations are recorded

Horrible! The doctor did not listen to anything I asked for and required unnecessary tests. I was over charged and after cancellation I was charged another 6 months. DO NOT USE MDVIP.. extremely poor medical care

1.Does not provide services as outlined in contract 2. Visit with doctor ( first annual) was a joke. Exam under 5 min(if that) did not check heart at all and said he forgot 3. Does not review prior med history.
