Easy maneuvering through the website and scheduling was a breeze

It was a busy day when I went in but the staff did everything they could to get me in quickly. The nurse took time to make sure the scrub pants fit me and the x-ray tech was friendly and helpful. I never mind going to Hunt Regional Open Imaging.

I bought the wrong voucher, then i called, a super nice lady, says “no problem “. She made up the difference and sent me a new voucher immediately! Great service!

I am a licesened Life and Health Insurance agent and work mostly in the individual market. For years I was uninsured and had to find ways to access healthcare using cash pay services. MD Save has been on my list of services for years. After having to fight a preventive care bill that was supposed to be $0 but ended up costing several hundreds of dollars and almost getting sent to collections before it was resolved 6 months later due to incorrect coding I decided I did not want the headache so decided to try MD Save. The first two attepmts both of the facilities no longer offered the service. I called MDSave and they in both cases contacted the facilities and confirmed they no longer participated. They helped me to quickly cancel both transactions. They also quickly answer the phones and actually followed up via email too. I made a third attempt and found a facility in my state. I called the facility before making my appointment twice. Both times they confirmed they participated. So I scheduled my apointment. The facility had an online appointment scheduleling system and an online checkin both pluses for me. Checkin on the day of the procedure was seamless. If this is your first time using MD Save don't be discouraged if the facility you first call no longer participates. All contact information is on the site so you can verify the facility participates before purchasing your voucher. Contact your doctors office to see how to get a copy of your past scans and reports. Ask the facility if they have online check in processes. This was an overall great experience for me and it will not be the lat time I use MD Save. Driving 45 minutes to pay $95 for a radiology test that would have cost +$500 was well worth the price and the little bit of gas it took to get there.
