My insurance would not cover the cost of a CT to check for blood clots. It was going to cost me $2000 - $3000, which I could not afford. My Doctors nurse suggested checking with MDsave. With MDsave I paid under $500. I'm happy to say that I was able to have CT done and no blood clots.

I like the idea of paying for bloodwork ahead of time and just giving the hospital lab my voucher and not having to deal with an insurance company. Also, I used MD Save Rx today and paid $16 less at my pharmacy than I paid for my last refill, yay!
