I am so grateful for MD Save, because under my current insurance plan, an ultrasound would have cost about $800. With the MD save options, it was only $250. I was in between Wisconsin and Colorado at the time when I need to get an ultrasound to help diagnose abdominal/pelvic pain I was having. Unfortunately, when I was in Wisconsin, the closest place for me to use MD save was in Illinois, a two hour drive away. When in Colorado however, there were several options within 30 minutes of me, so I decided to go ahead with the ultrasound. Having access to affordable diagnostic imaging allowed me to realize that I had a large ovarian cyst that I had no idea was there. So overall, MD save's options gave me an affordable opportunity to get a diagnosis and receive treatment.

Your program is going to change the medical insurance industry. Just with the first time using I can see how corrupt us my insurance for the test lab I took. I'm thankful with your services and I been promoting it with my peers to use this great benefits. I wish more people could be aware of this service and stop spending more for medical procedures that cost less than what insurance are making people pay.

Simple to obtain voucher and big savings!

I saved 3900.00 from using mdsave. The hospital where the test was done was superb. People were exceptional. Its a God send.

I have used MDSave previously with good satisfaction. My recent procedure was for Prostate Biopsy (in office), including pathology services. The pathology services were performed by the hospital that my doctor is affiliated with. Although the doctor's office did not communicate the MDSave voucher information to the hospital for billing, I did follow up with the hospital, doctor's office and MDSave to get resolved. MDSave was not effective in getting the pathology costs covered. I escalated this issue within the hospital management and worked out costs with the hospital directly as MDSave was of no help to get the charges covered. I requested a refund from MDSave for the incremental portion of the voucher related to the pathology services, but MDSave has not responded to my requests. Follow up and communication of issue status from MDSave was very poor. MDSave no longer offers a voucher for the Biopsy with pathology services in my area.
