Very easy for payment using online account. Saved money..

MDSave allows patients to purchase their own tests without dealing with insurance. Was simple to purchase test online and at a reduced cost. Simply inform the facility of prepayment and provide voucher# during check-in.

The customer service representatives I talked with on phone were very polite and knowledgeable and answered every question I had n the phone. They explained how it worked so even an old fart like me could understand it and feel comfortable proceeding with them. I can thank them enough for the effort they put forward and the money I saved by using this service. I just wish I had heard about them earlier. I sure tell everyone about them and how they can help save them money on certain medical procedures.

I LOVE MD Save themselves, but have been really frustrated as our hospital is still trying to charge me full price for services rendered even though I took them my MD Save receipt when I checked in to the hospital prior to the procedure. I'm not sure if MD Save could 'educate' hospitals better on what to do so patients don't get charged full price? I've spend hours on the phone with some representative in Chicago who tells me they don't have email, so I have to snail mail a copy of my MD Save receipt to them, but why when the hospital already has a copy? It's just super frustrating! But MD Save itself is AWESOME! They saved me SO much money and the process was easy with them! Again, it's just the hospital that is a pain.

Very easy to use. The doctors office referred me to the site since my insurance wouldn’t cover the procedure. I did not have to use their scheduling or confirm if the office accepted this since I already had an appointment and was referred. That being said, this is trustworthy and I would use it again for a significant savings over the out of pocket cost at the radiology center office.

Very quick test

The prices are awesome. The service was easy to do.I look forward to using it again as my medical troubles aren't over and I don't have insurance thru work or anything.

Full cost up front, haven’t received any other bills. Plan on using again for my surgery
