Great and fast service. Very accommodating for scared kids.

The Dr's office and the treatment I got there were fine. But billing using MD mdsave was a nightmare. We are Canadian and were not billing to any insurance - paying cash. The receptionist at Northwest Urgent care helped us do prepay our visit. We were assured everything was fine. About 4 days later we kept getting bills from Athena Health stating we owe $350. I went back to Northwest Urgent care and they told me they didn't handle any billing and gave me an 800 # but as far as they were concerned the balance had been paid in full. We had already paid $250 which is what Northwest Urgent care said we owed. It took a long time with sorting our and I still have received nothing stating my balance is zero with Athena health .Hold times over an hour and leaving a message to get a call back which took a week each time if I got one. As I said not sure if the problem was mdsave or athena health or northwest urgent care but it was a huge hassle either way

The lady I spoke with was very friendly , extremely helpful . She put my mind at ease. I was nervous didn’t know what to expect. I wish I could remember her name. She was bilingual .
