Made having MRI easy and much less expensive. It was very easy to find the hospital and physician who ordered my services. I paid for my MRIs prior to my appointment and day of service everything was very simple. Will use again.

When I had originally been called and was told how much I would have to pay out-of-pocket after insurance, NOBODY had told me about the voucher system. I spent the next few days worrying about how I was going to financially recover. I work in education and have four children. I do not make much money and so medical costs are the things that can break you. When I got to Frye that morning, I got to chatting with the front receptionist who checked me in. She had been a previous educator. She was amazing. She touched my hand and thanked me for everything I do for teachers and children. She asked if I had been informed about the voucher program, especially since my procedure was taking place at the end of the year. When I said no, she shared everything with me and got it all set up. It was a magical, life-altering moment. I had tears in my eyes when I told her that she had no idea how much she had just helped my family. It is truly a moment I will not forget. The world needs more people like her who help others when possible.
