I just saved $26,000!
Pat Batdorf was amazing! He was personable and knowledgeable. He led me through all the steps and told me a lot of things I had no idea about, like the fact that I hadn't signed a contract when Mosaic was purchased for pennies on the dollar by another company, which then attempted to get me to pay it. I honestly didn't think it was going to work, because I didn't have all the details of the original loan, like was there a warranty, and so on. Pat made it crystal clear. I really enjoyed talking with him!! I can't imagine anyone doing a better job.
