Well i was very hesitant on taking this next step on getting my solar panels eliminated because I felt i was being pressured on this but i asked to do a video chat where I could see who i was talking to. After I did a video chat I saw Alex really cared about my situation I was in. I been through this twice and I had bad experiences. So after doing a video chat I see Alex really was here to help me out about my finances. I hope this works this time. I work to hard to keep a roof over my head and I barely scraping bottom.
