Kevin is very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. He answered all our questions as we completed the necessary paperwork. He explained how the company is trying to help people out of a bad. He told us he would be available if and when we needed help. Overall, our experience was a positive one. We are praying that his company/lawyers will be able to help us. The first step went well and we are hoping for a good outcome. I would be glad to share more, when we see how things go
