The Dr. was very nice and helpful and diagnosed my daughter with just a common cold. The only gripe I had was that it took 12 hours to finally see the doctor on the screen. But, it was to be expected during this time of the Wuhan Coronavirus. We would still use MDLIVE in the future.

I was kept on hold for 6 hours to speak to a Dr. and when I finally got a Dr on the line she was rushed, careless, and had a lot of noise in the background that made it very hard for me to hear her. I called in for a cough and stuffy nose. She quickly said Ok I’m sending you meds to your pharmacy take it for six days nothing else practically hung up on me. When I saw the prescription come in I noticed she put me on a six day high dose Steroid typically used to treat severe diseases including cancer, Lupus, amongst other things. I’m under 30 years old, fit and healthy; I just needed a light antibiotic to get me by this cold or upper respiratory infection..Of course you can’t communicate with the Dr after the call is over. I’ve been trying to reach customer service for two days straight and I haven’t been able to reach them nor have they responded to my emails. My local pharmacist advised I should not take this Steroid after I explained my symptoms. They too found it odd I was given such high dosage.

Really good experience and a great way to stay out of traveling to see my doctor, especially in these particular times. I contracted pinkeye from my daughter. And even though everything was delayed, i managed to speak to a doctor and he prescribed my medication quickly. Picked it up the next morning and i'm feeling 100% better Now!

Had a great experience with MDLIVE for treatment of a simple sinus infection. The doctor who conducted my consultation listened well, diagnosed me efficiently and got my antibiotic prescription right to my preferred pharmacy in minutes. It was a very smooth and efficient process. The best part was I didn’t have to go into a doctor’s office where there might be infectious patients. Their app is very easy to use as well. I would definitely use this service again.
