The wait time was longer than usual but this is during the Coronavirus time so it’s understandable. At least I didn’t have to wait on the phone, I went about my business and received a call when a physician was ready to “see” me. The call was very straight forward and went fairly quickly; symptoms, diagnosis, prescription sent directly to pharmacy. Overall I’m grateful for this service because I got to wait in the comfort of my home and then pick up my prescription when the pharmacy notified me it was ready. Very convenient.

I had a really bad earache and it was when the Corona Virus started. I was recovering from surgery so I could not go anywhere. I am so thankful for talking to the Doctor. I would use this service again.

I've tried waiting for a call, the initial estimate was 3 hours then 4.5 hours later I get a text saying that they will call in the next 5 minutes but they never called. Then I see under the account activity that they listed the appointment as missed within a minute of them scheduling the appointment and that they've charged me for it. I tried calling the number that they have listed for customer service but never get to speak to a actual person. I was on hold for 1.5 hours before I gave up. I can't believe how bad this "service" is. Now I'm going to have to go through the trouble of filing a formal dispute for the charge with my card company.

They suck. Told me 3 hrs. 5hrs later say they will call in 5 minutes...never did. Called 800 # no one ever picks up

Waited an entire day and never got my appointment when the wait time said 2 hours. Then called in to find out if i could schedule my appointment for tomorrow as its now 11pm and i need to go to sleep and after waiting on hold for 30 minutes the representative was incredibly rude and told me the only thing i could do was cancel my appointment but that the money wouldnt be back in my account for 72 hours. Now i cant even go to an urgent care because this useless and horrible scam service charged me 75 dollars and wont give it back for 3 days while i meanwhile get worse. Never ever use this service and I hope that representative has this kind of a frustrating experience when she needs help most.

They didn’t send the diagnosis code to the pharmacy, so here I am 24 hours later, with my sinus infection getting worse, and no prescriptions. I tried emailing them several times, the pharmacy has tried calling them several times, and I have been on the phone for 45minutes trying to speak to someone. Complete waste of money. I’ve used several other teledoc services with no issues. So save your money and take your business elsewhere Edit: the prescription was at the pharmacy, I just wasn’t allowed to pick it up.

Love the ability to use online when not wanting to infect others or get infection from others.

Huh? I made my appointment at 4:30. The computer says 3 hours, I got nowhere to go, no problem....2 hours later I start getting voicemails that they are experiencing high volume....hmmm, back to the computer,,,,still says 3 hours? I wait another 2 hours and call customer service. Put on hold and told a service rep will be with me shortly, 15 minutes later, I get a computer voice telling me I can either leave a message or stay on the line.....leave a message. Bottom line, the computer is telling me another hour...and it has already been 6 HOURS!!!! I have yet to speak with a real person!! I have a sinus infection, I need an RX for an antibiotic.....3 minute call. Time to speak to the union about dropping this benefit.
