Wish you would take my United Health…
Wish you would take my United Health Care-Medicare Insurance so I wouldn’t have to file it myself. However, my wait time to talk to a doctor wasn’t long and my doctor was great!

My experience was disappointing as an…
My experience was disappointing as an appointment I had last year went well. This time, I called in and finally spoke with an intake person who told me that the doctor could prescribe high blood pressure medicine. (The first time I called in, I got a call back 8 hours later—at 2 a.m.) At my appointment, the doctor said she couldn’t prescribe and that I needed to have an MD Live primary care doctor which I could get, if at all, by calling in again. I called in again and left a message but NEVER got a call back. I resorted to another online medical provider which was excellent.

Doctor was there when I needed it
With outbreak of COVID-19 I was unable to get into my own doctor. Registered for MDLive and although it was a very busy Saturday the doctor called after about 3 hour. He listen well, asked great questions fr clarity and prescribed the needed medications. I was very pleased with the personal service and an obvious sense of care.
