14 hour wait
14 hour wait. I understand Covid-19 has everything overloaded....However, the wait time was first 180 minutes, then 5 hours later 60 minutes, then 30, then back to 60, then it stayed at 15 minutes for HOURS. For a 2 and a half minute phone call...thankful for the service BUT time monitoring could be improved.....

Our first appointment took a while, but I figured it would be the case since it was our first time using it. Other than that, it was quick, easy, and convenient.

This was the only way I could get help…
This was the only way I could get help from a doctor on a weekend without going to an urgent care clinic or the ER for something I just needed from a doctor during the covid 19 outbreak when I'm in a very high risk group for dying from the virus. It literally saved my life.
