My MD experience was great. I would reccommend to my friends. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the long wait times. I tried the night before and wait time was many hours. The next day in the morning -- I got thru in a reasonable amount of time. However - I realize this is due in part to the coronovirus and MD live being very busy.

Fast and accurate info given so I could get the medication I needed sooner than later.

Great experience. I was prescribed the appropriate prescriptions and illness subsided quickly. Highly recommend!

I put the call in to mdlive at 2:04 a.m. in the morning in the crisis of the coronavirus been in Texas it took a while for the doctor to call me back but a doctor Jon Carter called me back and prescribed me medicine and here I am 4 days into taking the meds that he prescribed me and I'm feeling wonderful and I'm greatly appreciated for the time for the call back due to the high increase of medical needs in Texas at this time thank you so much for your concern and I appreciate your time Elizabeth Davis

Excellent experience. Allowed me to get the antibiotics needed for a sinus infection. Kept me out of the dr office, away from anything contagious. Whole conversation took only about 5 minutes. Excellent option.

I gave 4 stars only because I had waited 5 hrs to get a call after I was disconnected earlier during a contact. Once I did get to speak with a doctor, he was kind, informative, concise and sent my prescription in quickly. I would use this again after the pandemic is over because it would probably be a lot faster!
