I called early Sunday evening and the MDLive doctor returned my call early Monday morning. I had a bit of trouble answering the allergy section of the questionaire prior to the return call and the doctor corrected the entries for me. The doctor was thorough in her questioning of me and gave recommendations that were comprehensive including using a vaporizer or improvising one. I did have trouble getting a question finished before an answer was started. Nobody likes being interrupted - it make them feel rushed, unimportant, minimized or dismissed. My only complaint with this session.

Fantastic! The process was efficient and the doctor showed genuine concern and spent quality time assessing my health.

I knew that I didn’t have anything serious but still needed meds. The doctor listened to my concerns...asked me more questions to make sure It wasn’t anything else then called in a prescription. He was very kind and understanding. I would definitely recommend.

Call was received on time, per scheduled appointment of 10:15pm on Friday, March 20 Rx was sent electronically same evening but I did not receive any confirmation of such. Was told the next day. I called my CVS pharmacy to inquire about Rx and was told they had not received any new scripts for me. I called MD Live again and waited 1 hour and 16 minutes to speak to representative. She had the on call nurse send my Rx again to pharmacy. I did receive a text and phone call that it was done again. This was my first experience with telehealth so wasn’t the best first impression. Doctor visit was good though

Being able to speak to a doctor from my home is one of the greatest advances in medicine! I felt the doctor I spoke with genuinely cared about my issue, took time to answer all of my questions, and was incredibly knowledgeable. I will definitely use this service again. My only critique is that I had a follow-up inquiry about the same condition and had to pay a fee as a separate appointment. It would be appreciated if MDLive could allow us up to three or four days to at email (not call or video) the doctor with follow up questions instead of having to go through the process again and get a different doctor, which is what happened to me.
