During this pandemic many doctors offices are closed. My gastroenterologist referred and entrusted medical needs and prescriptions to my primary care. I like my PCP very much. But he wasn't comfortable renewing prescriptions that he didn't originally write. I tried my pharmacist. In my parish, under the law during a national crisis, at their discretion are allowed to renew prescriptions. I was denied. I called my insurance and requested info on what to do. They recommended MDLIVE. When I tried to connect, it didn't go through. My insurance called me back to check on my situation, and recommended a phone call instead with a MDLIVE doctor. Within 5 minutes I was on the phone with a doctor and he renewed my rx. I was so excited and relieved. All I needed was a cholesterol medication. It may seem crazy that I tried so hard, just for this. But see, I had part of my colon removed last year, and this medication saves me from excessive, explosive diarrhea on a daily basis without this. I had been absolutely miserable for several weeks. Thank you MDLIVE! I highly recommend this service!

This was my first time using MD Live and I was thoroughly impressed! My doctor was great and the entire process was easy and hassle free! I plan on using the service again in the future. Will definitely spread the word!

Its great service until you call them back 2 days later to tell them that the meds prescribed was giving me a headache and ask if they could prescribe a different med. I was told that I would have to do another visit and spend more $$ for that visit which I couldn't do. I found out afterwards that they are double the cost than others that do the same work.

Had a very good experience after 2 phone calls with my therapist. My therapist is compassionate, professional and knowledgeable.

I am SO happy with my therapist. I have been to several in person therapists over the years and I have not found one that I like to talk to as much as I do with my MDLive therapist. I travel a lot for work, using MDLive has been such a great resource and it helps me stay consistent.

MD Live keeps you from having to sit in a doctor's office with other people who are sick. It has been a lifesaver for me and my family. I have used it multiple times and every experience has been pleasant with successful results. It is SO easy! I would recommend it to anyone! I promise you will not be disappointed. Side note: Register before you get sick.
