I used MDLive twice in 36 hours, in large part because my symptoms changed somewhat over that period. Both doctors were very helpful -- and the second doctor made sense of my changing condition, called in a prescription and now, some four days later, I'm pretty much back in one piece. The whole experience was extremely easy. In both cases, I was able to talk to a doctor within 15 minutes.

MDLive has proven invaluable to my family and me. When I use their services for female concerns, they have allowed a female doctor to be my contact. I appreciate the convenience, and the trust the doctors I've been in contact with have shown me as the patient. I don't always feel "heard" by my own private PCP!

My recent experience with in-person doctors hasn't always been the best. Often it's not a doctor at all, and much too often, it's a hands-off examination. How one conducts a physical without touching the patient is a mystery to me. And then there's the problem of their simply ignoring what the patient says. I don't want to paint every health care professional the same color. I've had good ones too, but far from consistently. In any case, at MDLive, I get a real doctor, I get one quickly, and I get one who listens. Despite the handicap of speaking by telephone, I have had nothing but good experience with the MDLive doctors.

Love love love being able to have a virtual doctors appointment. This has made me want to take care of myself better.

My first visit and first appointment was great. My doctor was professional and right on time as scheduled. However, as always, I had trouble setting up account/password on the app. I called and spoke to a rept. who wasn’t very patient with me. And of course, I don’t know how to upload photos. So clearly, I’m at a disadvantage using MDLIVE due to my lack of computer skills. Everything today is all about technology, and the more you know about it, the better results you will get.

This service is great. Within 5 minutes I am able to phone or video chat in the comfort of my home with a doctor! Love it!!
