I had a wonderful experience with MDLive on 8/27/20. Since this was my first time using MDLive, the longest part was completing all my medical history information on the website. But now it is saved for future calls. Once I completed all the paperwork, I had an appointment confirmed in minutes (at 9:41am). I received a text message with the doctor's name at 9:42am. The doctor called me at 9:43am. We discussed my symptoms and my current health. Since this has been a recurring issue I have had for years, it was easy to diagnose. My prescription was sent at 9:47am and the I received a text from my pharmacy that my RX was ready at 10:20am. It was so easy and now my infection has cleared up.

The doctor was quick efficient and listened. I enjoyed my experience and fact i was at work and was able to talk to a doctor. Thank you also is there a place for insurance or do we always have to pay out of pocket?

I'm super appreciative of the doctors who work remotely to assist patients who are not up for visiting doctors offices for the smallest concerns. Especially during the pandemic. I was able to talk with my doctor to get my allergies in check. Thank you!

There were issues with using the video chat, but I received a phone call immediately after. I really did appreciate it. The doctor was nice and professional and went beyond more than I needed. Thank you.

Quick, easy, informative, got the prescription texted to my phone that was called in and started feeling better in a couple of days. I had a ton of work to do that day and calling to schedule an appointment, attend, and drive time would've taken up a considerable amount of time.

Doctors are nice professional and knowledgeable
