Dr. Diamond was awesome!

I really needed to see a doctor, and instead of waiting for an appointment, which could take up to 2-3 weeks, I was able to have access to one through MDLive. The same questions that my primary care physician would have asked, he did, and I was able to relieve my issues within moments. Kudos to this great tool during this pandemic.

First time using this service. I was disconnected with the reps more than once. The doctor couldn't connect to my cell number because the iPhone 11 see the number as Scam even though I entered into my phone. I called back a number of times and finally gave my home number. It took at least 45 minutes until the doctor and I finally had our appointment.

Simple to log on and request a visit. The physician was knowledgeable, professional, and very nice. Overall a great experience.

MDLiVE made getting seen by a doctor very simple and fast! The doctor was friendly, professional, and arrived to my appointment a few minutes early. It saved me so much time and it was easy to schedule around my toddler's sleep schedule. My Rx was sent to my pharmacy extremely quickly as well.

Loved the prompt excellent service

I received prompt friendly attentive help. I called in to the number on the back of my insurance card, which was not the correct number but the lady was so helpful getting me to the number to call and let me know she hoped I felt better soon. Less than 5 minutes after I registered with the MD Live my doctor was calling me. My doctor asked lots of questions and was very helpful answering my questions. The link they sent even made uploading pictures easy. I strongly suggest to the people I work with to use this feature.
