Mdlive is perfect!
Mdlive is perfect! They help me solve my problem right away. The rep that help me got me a doctor right away. Very nice and knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Shoyell was wonderful help me right away and prescribe medicine to my pharmacist the same day. I got better after the meds . Wonderful service and fast. I recommend to other people!!!

I have used this service twice and…
I have used this service twice and dissatisfied twice. Either we have not received an appropriate or accurate diagnosis (sinusitis) or we've had to repeat the process because notes were not entered the first time. Get a personal doctor. Go to them. This is just insurance companies collecting dollars.

Worthless
Worthless. "Doctor" who sounded about 13 years old told me I needed to go a few more days with pain before I could be prescribed anti-biotics for my sinus infection. Then they suspended my account. Never again.

It was quick and easy to request a dr…
It was quick and easy to request a dr visit, the Dr called me for the phone visit within 5 min of my request. We agreed on the problem and prescriptions were called into my pharmacy. The entire process maybe 20min from start to finish!
