Excellent experience. I was able to figure out the online portal and the interface quickly, and had a quick and efficient call with the doctor I was set up with. Had no connection, audio or visual problems and overall had a great experience. This was my first time using any sort of virtual doctor so I was really pleased with my experience. Thank you!

I loved that the doctor called me back within 10 minutes but he was not very friendly or caring. We spoke briefly but after he said he was going to call in my prescription he hung up; he did not ask if I had any other questions nor did he say goodbye. He just hung up. I got the text that the prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. I never got a phone call or text that the prescription was ready for pickup. Hours later I called the pharmacy and they did NOT have the prescription. I called MDLive back and they escalated it. A nurse called back very quickly and got another text that the prescription was sent. After about an hour I called the pharmacy and they did have the prescription but it was not ready yet.

I requested the migraine medicine I always use, but the doctor wanted me to try a similar one so I agreed. Gave me headache worse than I already had. I called and requested the aforementioned medication, waited 3 days for a response so I called them...Twice.was finally given the medication I had originally requested but at one quarter the strength. My insurance doesn't cover that strength but I was desperate for relief so i paid cash price.. Theres more, but that all im sharing right now.

It was super easy to speak with a dr same day they also gave me a note for covid for work if needed without me even asking! Overall had a great experience. Will use again for emergency’s if I can’t see my primary dr

I called in to talk to a doctor about an issue that I was having. Within minutes the doctor called me back and we talked. He took care of my concerns and was very nice and helpful.
