This was the quickest, easiest doctors appointment I’ve ever had. I knew from my symptoms what was going on and especially during this crazy time, you want to stay out of an office as much as possible. From the time I requested the appointment to the time I finished with the doctor was less than 30 minutes. He sent prescriptions straight to my pharmacy and the whole experience was simple, efficient, and effective.

I had a medical issue in the middle of the night. The doctor was very helpful and I received my medication right away.

The MD Live service is a good idea. Unfortunately, no meaningful assistance was given, and an in-person visit has been scheduled anyway.

I didn't receive the first phone call but was able to be re-queued and another doctor called me within a few minutes. The doctor was a little hard to communicate with and the Rx was sent to the wrong pharmacy. The pharmacy it was sent to was closed but I was able to call customer service and have the Rx re-routed o the correct pharmacy. I was HIGHLY impressed with how easy it was to contact customer service and get this done.

Great Tool! MDLive makes it easy to speak with a doctor quickly and easily from your home or office. The doctors I've had ask the same questions I'd wait hours in a waiting room (with possible Covid patients) to see a physician in person. If you're healthy and simply need a refill this is the way to go!
