It was such an easy and convenient way to seek treatment. I followed the prompts and they called within 10 minutes. I couldn't get my video to work, so I did the phone call appointment. I had symptoms, which I'd had before, so I just explained my symptoms to the doctor, he asked a few questions, and sent the prescription to my pharmacy. So much safer than going and sitting in a doctor's office during this pandemic. I will definitely use this service again, if I have something easily treatable.

Once registered, the appointment was available within 10 minutes and within 5 minutes I was on my way to pick up a prescription refill. And, the co-pay was less expensive than my primary doctor and saved me about 2 hours of time.

Very Fast and helpful

I love that I can be seen from the comfort of my home and see a licensed physician live in less than 10 minutes. The physicians were very personable as well and took their time to answer all my questions. Amazing service and both times I used MDLive my prescriptions were at the pharmacy and ready within an hour.

MDLIVE is a great alternative to going to the doctor, especially in a pandemic. My doctor was very professional and knowledgable, and gave me several options for treating a sinus infection.

Will use again, So easy my first time to get registered, Dr. called me within 10 min. the Dr. was very nice, called in my prescription right away, there was no delay. This will make a big change in my life, i just dread going to a minor emergency for a sinus infection, never knowing if it will be busy till i get there.
