I was able to have Rx sent to preferred pharmacy after sending lab results and have brief phone discussion with a courteous, knowledgeable and listening physician. I was starting a new job & did not have weeks to wait before I could be seen by a new primary physician. This was available via my healthcare plan at no charge to me. I am so thankful!

I’ve used this service twice now (for myself) and have been very pleased at the care and attention I’ve received. The system to set the appointment is super easy and extremely convenient plus it’s all in the comfort of my own home! I would not hesitate to use this service again or recommend it to others.

It was easy to converse and explain to the doctor what the problem/pain was. She was attentive and offered medication to alleviate the swollen tendon and how to go back to my routine.

I think my MDLIVE appointment was time eficient, however your org did not have access to my and likely others IEHP medical history, for some undisclosed reason. That fact makes the diagnosis and treatment less credible, more prone to error. Also, you should provide a recorded or written transcript of the appointment for each patient. And you can and ought to provide the patient with the fact sheet of the prescribed drugs, in electronic form. Lastly, please make a follow-up question line or link direct to the M.D handling each case.

This was the fastest visit I have ever received. I will consider this my first option going forward. Very impressed with how everything was handled.

The medicine made me sick just as described in the pamphlet I received from the pharmacy. I have never been made sick by a medicine before. I stopped using it because it specifically says not to use it for skin or toenail fungus which is what I told the doctor I had. Terrible bedside manner as well on the part of the doctor.

I absolutely LOVED my physician, but I was disappointed that she forgot to phone in my prescription. I found out when I went all the way across town and it was not there. I was able, however to pick up the next day.
