I have used MD Live and have not had a very good experience. I have been trying to get them to bill my insurance so I can get reimbursed for hundreds of dollars worth of out of pocket expenses. It has been the run around over and over and over for MONTHS and I don’t know what else to do but say here, publicly, DO NOT use MD Live if you want to use your insurance to cover the expenses. Their billing department will not take care of it and you’ll end up paying out of pocket. Very, very disappointed with MD Live and will NEVER use them again.

So far it has been good.they have helped me with my problem and how to solve some of my delimas.

I have had many awesome MDLIVE appointments. They save you time and money and are done very quickly and safely right from your home or wherever you may need to see a doctor. I love MDLIVE and will continue using it as needed. My recent visit was fabulous. My doctor listened and prescribed me the healing antibiotics I needed for my infection. I am so grateful for every MDLIVE experience I have had. Thank you.

My experiences was good. My doctor was very friendly and took the time to explain all my results in plain English.

Great service on time for calling Knowledgeable

Have been talking to a therapist via md live since March of this year.last 3 appointments,mdlive called ,recording said stay on line conference is connecting..but no connection..two weeks ago waited for 1 hour 10 minutes for therapist to connect.....never did..hung up..this time15 minutes...hung up after that...while I was explaining to an mdlive operator what just happened the.recording called back again so I disconnected her to answer the call..recording did the same thing again... said to wait for conference to connect but same thing..just music for 10 minutes.....have lost much needed appointments due to this....is this becoming normal or common with md live?? Been using them since March 2020..having this particular problem all month..they call at the appointment time to connect but don't..md live says it shows up on their side as a missed appointment..a missed call..I'm getting aggrivated. If they keep rescheduling but nobody connecting I'm wasting my time!!! Is this a gliche or is current therapist refusing to connect?
