I am in love with MDLIVE! I have been able to get assistance with medical issues so quickly, that would normally take me days if not weeks to get into seeing a Physician. The Doctor's I have seen and spoken with have been very knowledgeable, helpful quick, and friendly.

I have not been able to see my previous appointments PDF file that was shared with me or schedule a follow up. Somehow there are 4 accounts associated with my email address and when I try to get a username, it sends me 4 guids, none of which work to sign in or to request a password change. Been very difficult to use the software (and I work in software development and have a pretty strong technical background). My initial setup and appointment were great, just wish I could see the information from the doctor and be able to accept the follow up appointment.
