Called for my son, the doc was great! He was informative, empathetic and most of all honest. His feedback to seek attention was taken seriously. It pushed aside my fears of visiting an office due to the pandemic and I am grateful he urged to me go.

It was a very good experience
It was a very good experience. Within 5 minutes, I was being contacted by a physician who was able to give me a diagnosis and prescription.

MD Live was answered in a timely…
MD Live was answered in a timely fashion and the doctor was good. But I thought I was going to get a request for COVID to be done to take to a PSC to have it done. But nothing was sent to me and I had to go on my own and get it done.
