Fast, east, helpful
Once I signed up for my appointment (which was very easy) a doctor called me in about 5 minutes. She wasn't able to advise me as much of course because it was just over the phone. But her advise helped greatly and I was good to go a few days later. I will definitely be using this again when I can!

I'm very happy with the service
I'm very happy with the service, the Dr. Call me before ten minutes. The Dr. Very professional, very good connection, farmacy received order in 15th minutes

MD LIVE was everything I had hoped it would be
MD LIVE was simple to use, though I did find the phone app a bit frustrating and ended up using the desktop app to add medical history. The Dr was on time for the appointment and we did not waste a bunch of time with silly stuff. It definitely beat sitting in a waiting room or an exam room waiting to be seen.

This was my first time using WEB MD and…
This was my first time using WEB MD and it was absolutely a five star experience. The doctor was attentive, asked probing questions about my medical history, allergies, and current symptoms -- and then prescribed a medication and protocol that within 10 days made me infinitely so much better. I shall return!
