I was feeling that my allergies were acting up and wanted to see if I needed to change prescription or go in and get a COVID-19 TEST. Great response time. Friendly and knowledgeable. Changed my prescription and was feeling better Unfortunately I took a turn for the worse and needed to go get tested the next weekend. I did test Positive for COVID-19 and I’m quarantined for 10 days

MDLIVE saved me from days of pain. When I developed a painful ear infection I called my regular doctor for an appointment. I was told that they couldn't get me in until the following week. I was referred to MDLIVE by my health insurance provider and called them. The first person that I spoke with was very caring, concerned, and efficient. She set up my account, got my information, and a description of my symptoms. She advised me that a doctor would call me in 10 to 30 minutes. Within a few minutes ( I don't think it was even 10) I received a call back and spoke with a doctor who was efficient and just as caring as the first person. He quickly diagnosed my ear infection and sent a prescription to my pharmacy.This was the quickest and easiest medical appointment that I have ever had. And with my insurance there was no co-pay or other charges! My thanks to everyone at MDLIVE. You saved me a week of pain and misery. I will definitely use you again and will refer you to my friends and family.

We are so thankful for the video chat we had with the pediatrician. I have never tried using this before now, but we just moved to another state and have yet to find a PCP in the area. But the doctor was super helpful and informative and I wish I had used this before, even with a PCP as it is a great resource!
