I was not able to make a follow up appointment with my psychiatrist because the physician because of Covid her license lapsed and not licensed in state of Nebraska. All your psych doctors are like that and no one called me back to get to the end of this . Very stressful and not happy. I need more medication and now can't get a follow up apponment.

Wonderful service in user-friendly professional console. I had an eye infection and did not feel comfortable visiting a healthcare facility. I was able to log-in, explain my situation and submit photos, and be connected via phone or video conference (I chose video conf) within 10 minutes. The provider was professional, knowledgeable, and helped diagnose and prescribe a treatment quickly. It's pretty amazing that we have the ability to seek and receive care this easily and effectively, and I will choose this option for appropriate situations in the future.
