What a great service!
We recently moved to a new state and are still in the process of finding local doctors. So when I came down with stress-related shingles I called my former primary care physician, only to learn she is no longer taking phone consultations. I had no one. My husband reminded me we have access to MDLIVE through our health insurance. I called in, was quickly walked through my account set-up, then waited a short time for a doctor to call. I was done with prescriptions called in 30-40 minutes! What a great service!

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr Diamond
I really enjoyed my visit with the doctor. She was helpful and sent me a prescription which cleared up my infected epidermoid cyst.I would refer them to friends if they needed the service

I have MD live thru my employer that is…
I have MD live thru my employer that is no cost for me to use but somehow MD has that I have a pay account and charged me 86.00$ supposedly they are going to refund me my money will wait and see what happens

After the call the doctor never sent…
After the call the doctor never sent the prescription to the pharmacy and I had to wait over 4 days to see the dentist which I had infection discharge oozing from the infected tooth. Which all I wanted was a temp antibiotics so I wouldn't get sick from the infection until my dentist appointment(which was a new dentist and I had to wait due to covid-19 . I will not use webMD again.

I called with a sinus infection and got…
I called with a sinus infection and got called back by a physician within 5 minutes and had a prescription within the hour. Wonderful service.
