I was quite relieved to access MDLIVE after being unable to receive a timely response from my regular physician after hours on a Friday evening. The physician was prompt in calling me after my initial call to MDLIVE. She was friendly and thorough in her questioning, diagnosis, and in prescribing medication for me to a 24-hour pharmacy (a phone number I had ready in advance of the call).

The Dr. was very kind and patient. She listened while I explained my symptoms and offered what had happened in the past. This is an ongoing allergy problem and I don't need to go to my regular physician for treatment. She understood and asked all the pertinent questions before agreeing it was part of an ongoing allergy. She prescribed the medication I normally receive for my sinus infection and i a few days I was feeling better.

I was pretty sure I had just pulled a muscle in my back and could not go to work for a day or two, but I needed a doctor’s note to provide to my employer. Process was quick, easy and I was given recommendations for treatment and rest, and was prescribed an NSAID. Perfect process for my situation.
