This organization collected money for a consultation that was covered in full by my health insurance, it took them almost 2 months to return the money. After they returned the money finally they sent an email saying my refund request was denied, really pathetic ! Plenty of telehealth options out there , stay clear of this one !

Dr. Rafaelian showed up 15 minutes late for the appointment. No apology. No explanation for why she was late. No nothing. Then, her computer was having a ton of feedback and echo issues (this was a telemedicine appointment), so I asked her if she could adjust her volume or something so that I could actually hear her. Nope. Ok... Then she asked me why I was there and I explained that I was on short term disability from work and my internist asked me to see a psychiatrist before he could write me a note saying I could go back to work. She then spent the next 15 minutes of the consultation explaining to me that she does not write notes for people on any type of disability because "some people are malingering." I told her I was trying to get a note so I could get BACK TO WORK, not miss more work. But nope. She couldn't do anything for me. Then she kept repeatedly telling me that I needed to find a doctor that I had been seeing for a long time. I kept telling her I don't have a doctor I've been seeing for a long time. But she just kept repeating this advice. Cool...I'll just build a time-machine and start seeing one doctor 6 years ago. I'll get right on that, thanks. Then she charged me $175 for that lovely experience. The end. What a total waste of time and money. Avoid this service at all costs. UPDATE: After complaining with the company they offered me a refund for this service, so I've changed my review from a 1-star to a 3-star.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. The Dr. was good but I felt she needed to listen a little more to what I was telling her. Felt very rushed.

Waste of time & money. $82 to tell me I need to go see a doctor in person.

Had a positive experience during a consult for Covid-19. Dr. Pemberton was kind and helpful and addressed my concerns. I would definitely used MDLIVE again and recommend it.

I had an ear infection, and really didn't want to go into any medical facility for anything short of a mortal issue. Requested and received a phone conference with a doctor. The doctor was knowledgeable and personable and was able to provide a necessary amount of care. The doctor was great and the app isn't unnecessarily complicated . 100% satisfied with this service.

I was so pleased with the ability to quickly access a doctor face to face over zoom, describe my symptoms as if I were face to face, and receive a diagnosis and medication. I believe the service could be improved by sending a follow up email a few days later to check on my health progress, and do a call back if I have not improved. Thank you for making access to medical professionals so simple and accessible.
