The experience was exceptional.

This was my first Telemedicine visit I was happy with the entire process - start to finish. My medications for an acute onset of shingles were ready within 30 minutes of the call. All in all a very efficient and satisfying process - I just wish the shingles pain would STOP!!! LOL!!!

Friendly and prompt service. However, due to the condition and my history of adverse reactions to tick bites I felt a longer regiment of antibiotics would have been better.

My physician was great, and appreciated getting the appointment quickly. Thank you!

Never used this MDLive but it was very easy and saved lots of time and really worked great.

Audrey was more helpful than I anticipated. She really seemed to understand and helped me down a path to acceptance and forgiveness. Insightful and perceptive, I felt much more impowered to move forward, and assuring that I am on the right path. I look forward to our next appointment.

The Doctor spent a good deal of time listening to me. Explained and answered all of my questions. I could'nt be more pleased.
