I had been having symptoms of sinus infection for several days. I’m glad I decided to use MDlink. The Dr. was thorough and to the point, prescribing a treatment regimen that worked well. I took the steroid and antibiotics and felt much better in 24 hours. I will certainly utilize this service every time the benefit calls for it. So glad I didn’t have to schedule a doctors appointment and spend time waiting in a doctors waiting room.

Great experience from beginning to end. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. The doctor called promptly and was very attentive to my concerns. The medications prescribed helped and I did not have to follow up with my PCP. I would definitely recommend and look forward to using these services again.

I like the convenience of the mdlive because I can have an appointment right here in my home can on video if I want to.

Very quick to respond and very empathetic. The pharmacy that I usually use was not 24 hour and they offered to search for 24-hour pharmacies to send my Rx to. Very helpful.

I was originally redirected from the MD Live site to another Behavioral Health site which did not have the provider I requested. It took a Long time to get out of that situation and get precharged money refunded. They were called Better Health.
