Excellent experience from start to finish! Everything from signing up, verifying insurance, and meeting with a physician all went smoothly and quickly. After first registering with MDLIVE as a new user, I met virtually with a doctor and received a diagnosis and a prescription, all within 45 minutes! I'm still amazed by the speed and efficiency of it all.

Excellent provider and format. I struggle with anxiety. The provider quickly identified tools that are easy for me to implement and practice on my own. Since I was out of town this service was so very helpful. I was able to immediately start antibiotics and avoid pain and deeper infection.

I was low on my medication and my pcp no longer accepted my insurance, had to find a new pcp, but for new patients the appointments where out by a month for the first visit, couldn’t wait that long without my medication so I had thought about going to urgent care, I noticed BCBS offered MD live, so I gave it a try, and it was great had my refill in just a few hrs.
