Have comfort of receiving therapy while staying in your own safe place...home! I found it easier to open up about issues since I was on my own turf. No need to drive to an appointment and wait in the waiting room, MDLIVE is awesome and I recommend it for sure!

I felt ill with a sore throat so I got online and made an appointment to have a Cigna livedoc call. I was told what number the doctor would be using and the doctor's name. He called within a couple of minutes. He listened to me, reviewed my records, said he would order a script for me. I told him I actually respond very well to augmentin. He said some people with my allergies don't do well with augmentin, but he listened to me. So, within an hour, I made the appointment, talked to the doctor, and had my prescription! I have always had a very positive experience with livedoc!!!

The counselor was very knowledgeable. He seemed like he cared about how I was feeling. He "hit the nail on the head" as to what my issues were. I would give them five stares but the first counselor I was scheduled to see did not show up and then tried saying it was me who did not show up. I look forward to working with this counselor to rectifier my issues.

It was very easy to talk to a doctor!

The diagnose by the doctor did not work. Doctor prescribed a steroid cream but My child rash is still getting worst.
