McKennon Law Group PC They are "Miracle Workers" Robert McKennon & Scott Calvert represented my claim for unpaid benefits that was 17 years old. Other firms said "The Statute of Limitations" makes your claim unenforceable. Robert & Scott took their personal time to read my policy and documentation which was more than 50 pages. They concluded that the insurance company had an obligation to pay those benefits as an exception to the Statute of Limitations. They attempted to amicably settle with the insurance company and were denied. They immediately filed a lengthy lawsuit. Their legal knowledge and determination to represent my best interests resulted in a "miracle settlement", which I am very pleased with. I live more than 100 miles away from their offices and had no problems working with them over the phone & via E-mail.
