Grateful to the McKennon Law Group PC attorneys who relentlessly pursued my claim against Hartford to get my maximum amount of disability benefits! I retained the McKennon Law Group PC to handle my case for long-term disability benefits against Hartford Life Insurance Company. My attorneys fought for me and helped me get the maximum monthly disability benefits after Hartford initially calculated a much lower monthly disability benefit payment. I finally received my full $6,000 monthly benefit when Hartford only planned to pay me $2,999 monthly, half of what I was entitled to according to the Policy. Not only did the attorneys fight to receive my future maximum disability benefits, but they kept pressuring the insurer to recalculate the past amounts of benefits it owed me until Hartford finally admitted it made a mistake and paid me all my past benefits. What an amazing result. Without the McKennon Law Group attorneys and their comprehensive knowledge and substantial experience in the insurance law field, I would not have been able to get the full amount of my past and future benefits. They made sure my claim had all the necessary records for a successful outcome. I highly recommend their services. They are the best!

Bob and Joe are excellent attorneys. They are the experts in their field and are patient and listen to what you have to say. I got my long term benefits back and am very grateful to them.

My father, a WWII veteran and Purple Heart recipient, suffered a fall at the age of 101 that resulted in his death 30 days later. The insurance companies were reluctant to pay out his AD&D policies, but McKennon Law Group PC created a plan and worked at it diligently on our behalf. They ultimately secured the $500,000 of benefits we deserved. I highly recommend them!

We are incredibly grateful to Mckennon law firm for their exceptional service and support with our medical disability case. My husband has a severe brain injury and somehow we were denied long term disability insurance by our private disability company. It seemed surreal that we could be denied coverage for something that could obviously qualify. The team went above and beyond in every aspect, ensuring that we were fully informed and comfortable throughout the long process. Their dedication to our case was evident in their thorough preparation and proactive approach. What truly stood out was the compassion and empathy they showed us when other law firms just treated us like numbers and not a family struggling. They were respectful and understanding, and made scary time much easier to navigate. I honestly could feel their genuine care and it made all the difference. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of legal assistance for medical disability claims. Thank you Bob and Nicholas for sticking with us and the immaculate work you put into our case!

Bob and his team were a pleasure to work with. I was always kept in the loop on the progress of my case, and all my questions were always answered. I felt like part of the family not just a client. I would highly recommend McKennon Law to others.

give my highest recommendation to the attorneys at McKennon Law Group PC. I made a claim for long-term care benefits on behalf of my elderly mother before she passed to help pay and reimburse for her in-home caregivers. Her long-term care insurer for many years denied the claim shortly after my mother’s death. I tried appealing the denial several times but over the course of many months I got nowhere. I had my doubts that a lawsuit would be successful, but Robert McKennon and Joseph Hoff believed in the case and took it on. They were amazing: they crafted a compelling complaint that was filed in federal court and in no time, less than a year, the sizable settlement check came, My case was handled expertly, professionally, and courteously. I am incredibly grateful for their hard work and dedication to my case and would recommend them to anyone looking to compel their insurer to pay a disputed claim. - Richard R."

I was having a hard time getting a response regarding my son’s life insurance policy. Turns out I was denied the benefits, and I did not know what to do.
