I am still waiting my refund. It took 30 seconds to charge my credit card and take my funds but 30 days to process my refund? Why just because I selected the wrong course?? BUYER BEWARE!

Brian, Your refund was processed yesterday per your request even though you were outside of our refund policy. As you used a secondary finance company it takes them time to process it and credit your account. That is not on our end. As we stated it can take up to 30 days to return to your payment method. Although often times it’s sooner. This is due to the time it takes your credit card company and affirm to process it. Once we process it it’s out of our control and on the banks.
