Terrible from start to finish
Terrible from start to finish! I gave them a couple of chances but am done. They basically sold me a boiler that doesn’t do what it was sold to do and parts are hard to get and take too long to ship since they come from Canada. I got conflicting information from the tech guy versus the sales guy.

mbtek fancoil smart thermostat
after searching for a fancoil smart thermostat i was very limited until i found this company that to me was relatively unknown. i took a chance and ordered 3 smart fan coil thermostats and installed them myself. the guys in customer support were great and walked me through the whole process. i havent had any issues since then. its been almost 3 years.

The perfect thermostat
We changed our old unit for the MBtet and we love the thermostat because it can be use just from our phone, it is very convenient. Customer service is very helpful and they helped us to set it up with a very simple steps.

Nothing but trouble
My system has been nothing but trouble from the beginning. There were several leaks in the heat pump station as delivered, the system has continually been prone to high discharge pressure faults, the cheap three-way valves have both failed, and support has been pretty much useless unless. I’m pretty sure they have no idea their own product works. I’ve managed to make the system limp along but have to reset faults on a regular basis. The one saving grace is that the outdoor unit seems to operate relatively efficiently even if I have to throttle the performance to keep it from faulting.

Amazing experience and product
Had a lot of questions initially prior to purchasing the thermostat. The customer service team at MBTEK was really helpful in providing me instructions and answers I need to ensure compatibility, and a smooth installation. 3 years later I am still utilizing the thermostat and love it!
