Disappointing tech support. I bought what seemed to be a good product but the installation was impossible. I got some initial support but no follow through afterwards. I ended up installing an EcoBee thermostat that has been working very well.

My system has been nothing but trouble from the beginning. There were several leaks in the heat pump station as delivered, the system has continually been prone to high discharge pressure faults, the cheap three-way valves have both failed, and support has been pretty much useless unless. I’m pretty sure they have no idea their own product works. I’ve managed to make the system limp along but have to reset faults on a regular basis. The one saving grace is that the outdoor unit seems to operate relatively efficiently even if I have to throttle the performance to keep it from faulting.
