I've given this a solid year. It's been horrible. If you are considering switching to this platform to save money, do not do it! You will lose the money saved in the endless time you'll spend trying to figure out the platform and in billing errors which are difficult to identify. One of 10,000 frustrations: if you forget to take "attendance" for a couples session, record of the session disappears altogether, your session won't get charged to autopay, and the appt won't appear in your list of unpaid sessions. My staff and I have spent hours and hours trying to make sense of billing, find documents, and enter information. These things should be simple, but there is nothing straightforward about this site.

MyBestPractice lacks a lot of features and usability compared to its competitors. Auditing, payment posting, their auto-posting is a NIGHTMARE as it's completely unconfigurable other than either writing off EVERYTHING including Denials, or NOTHING. There is no way to check behind the scenes, no way to mass write off, mass import, nothing - and the undo feature is nonexistent. Automatic features provide no notes. The interface is very clunky, and requires a lot of manual updating of their diagnoses and other parts of the billing side, and many features are hidden within completely unintuitive menus. Go ahead and pass on MyBestPractice if you have more than 10 patients. They are not designed well at all, and their customer service is slow, barely responsive, and you can't get anyone on the phone. Emergencies can wait multiple days. Don't fall for their slick, slick sales pitch - that's the smoothest part of the process, and it's all downhill as soon as you sign the contract.
